No Experience Necessary
COSA is a volunteer based organization. Without volunteers, COSA doesn't exist. One of the reasons our club fees are so low is that all members are expected to lend a hand from time to time. As with all volunteer organizations, some people do more than others.

There is a big difference between paying your fees to belong to COSA and being a true member.

True COSA Members:

care about the club and other members

invest time to build a better club

initiate the change they want to see in the club

leave the club in better shape than when they arrived

help other members without being asked

build the club up, not tear it down

offer constructive solutions instead of complaining

contribute, not just use

get more out of the club than just a place to store and launch their boat

have more fun

know more members

get a better return on investment
